Gillian is a CIPFA-qualified accountant with a varied career spanning finance, business strategy and marketing. In recent years, she's coached trainee accountants on the CIPFA Apprenticeship Scheme while developing her resilience and well-being business. Having balanced work and professional accountancy studies herself plus working closely with today’s accountancy trainees, she understands only too well the pressures trainee accountants face.
