Mindfulness for Accountants

Heather Arnold, a Mindfulness Teacher and Chartered Accountant, draws on her many years of experience to deliver a session designed specifically for accountants under pressure, those facing tight deadlines, exam stress, heavy workloads, or struggling to switch off and relax. The session will offer practical mindfulness tools to help manage overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and restore balance. Participants will learn simple, effective ways to calm the mind, improve focus, and support a healthier work–life balance, ultimately helping them live and work with greater ease and fulfilment. A post-session handout will be provided, summarising key techniques practiced during the session so participants can continue using them in daily life.
