Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)

EDI Strategy Development: perhaps you don’t have a strategy in place or would like your current strategy to be reviewed and revised

EDI Audit: we will conduct a thorough review of your EDI policies, processes and governance structures, suggesting tailored recommendations

Gender Pay Gap Review: we will assess your gender pay gap calculation procedures, identifying control weaknesses and regulatory inaccuracies. We can also review your gender pay gap report, undertake industry benchmarking and support you with analysis to understand the drivers behind your pay gap figures.

Early Careers

Early Careers Strategy Development: perhaps you don’t have a strategy in place or would like your current strategy to be reviewed and revised

Early Careers/EDI Audit: we will review your Early Careers offering from an EDI lens. Is your Early Careers Strategy consistent with your EDI Strategy? How can can you better nurture your diverse junior talent?

Organisational Culture

Culture Review and Implementation: we will conduct a review of your current culture and its alignment to your organisation’s vision and business strategy, recommending improvements and developing a roadmap of implementation.

Ways of Working: Are there challenges in how your team work together effectively? Unclear roles and responsibilities? We can review your ways of working and embed more effective working practices, including defining roles and responsibilities.
