Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)
EDI Strategy Development: perhaps you don’t have a strategy in place or would like your current strategy to be reviewed and revised
EDI Audit: we will conduct a thorough review of your EDI policies, processes and governance structures, suggesting tailored recommendations
Gender Pay Gap Review: we will assess your gender pay gap calculation procedures, identifying control weaknesses and regulatory inaccuracies. We can also review your gender pay gap report, undertake industry benchmarking and support you with analysis to understand the drivers behind your pay gap figures.
Early Careers
Early Careers Strategy Development: perhaps you don’t have a strategy in place or would like your current strategy to be reviewed and revised
